Please know that I call this place the Pain Cave with loving affection. I've been a patient here for almost two years and the staff here is family to me. They have loved on me and held me to a high standard since the day I walked in the door to make my first appointment. Sentara Belle Harbour is an outpatient facility in Suffolk, Virginia. I call them the "Pain Cave" because they work me hard and sometimes, its painful. But the reality is that stroke recovery is tough, painful, and frustrating. You have to buy into the program and be prepared for some uncomfortable work. But, its so worth it.
